Episode of Savanaclaw

Twisted Wonderland started a manga adaption titled Disney Twisted Wonderland - Episode of Savanaclaw in the Monthly G-Fantasy issue 01/2023 on December 16th, 2022. It is a sequel manga of Episode of Heartslabyul. The art is drawn by Pretty Boy Detective manga artist Oda Suzuka. Unlike the previous manga, Episode of Savanaclaw will be bi-monthly instead of every months.

Anime

Main article: Twisted Wonderland The Animation

On October 14th, 2021, Disney+ announced on their Japanese X (formerly known as Twitter) account that an anime adaptation will be produced for the streamer. The seasons will adapt the original smartphone game's accompanying manga under the titles Episode of Heartslabyul, Episode of Savanaclaw, and Episode of Octavinelle. Hanaka Nakano and Akane Satō are in charge of designing the characters.

On November 12th, 2025, it’s been announced that Season 2 for Savanaclaw arc is currently in development.

Trivia

• This is the first sequel manga that does not keep the same artist from the previous manga.
  • This manga confirms it does not keep the same Yuu from the previous manga as this Yuu is a female.
• Unlike in the anthologies which Yuu’s existence was left unaddressed, and Yuuken Enma from Episode of Heartslabyul, this Yuu is a new character named Yuuka Hirasaka to fill the role of the player character from the game.
• The Japanese release of Episode of Savanaclaw Volume 1 was released on Leona’s birthday, July 27th.
• The Japanese release of Episode of Savanaclaw Volume 2 was released before Leona’s birthday.
• This is the only manga that causes multiple chapter delays and hiatus.
