Twisted Wonderland started a manga adaption titled Disney Twisted Wonderland - Episode of Savanaclaw in the Monthly G-Fantasy issue 01/2023 on December 16th, 2022. It is a sequel manga of Episode of Heartslabyul. The art is drawn by Pretty Boy Detective manga artist Oda Suzuka. Unlike the previous manga, Episode of Savanaclaw will be bi-monthly instead of every months.[1]

Trivia
- This is the first sequel manga that does not keep the same artist from the previous manga.
- This manga confirms it does not keep the same Yuu from the previous manga as this Yuu is a female.
- Unlike in the anthologies which Yuu’s existence was left unaddressed, and Yuuken Enma from Episode of Heartslabyul, this Yuu is a new character named Yuuka Hirasaka to fill the role of the player character from the game.
- The Japanese release of Episode of Savanaclaw Volume 1 was released on Leona’s birthday, July 27th.
