Episode of Heartslabyul/Chapter 21
The twenty-first chapter and the final chapter of Disney Twisted Wonderland The Comic -Episode of Heartslabyul- was published in Monthly G Fantasy November 2022 issue on October 18th, 2022.[1]
This chapter covers the second half of "Feeling Reconciled", "Five Second Rule", and "Finale for Heartslabyul" (Episode 1 Chapter 26-28) from the game.
Summary
Riddle lets out his true feelings to Trey and the others that he always wants to eat strawberry tart and have friends. After Riddle left with Trey and Crowley to take him to the infirmary, Grim ate another crystal blot. A few days later, Riddle fully recovered and celebrated the Unbirthday party at his dorm along with Yuuken and Grim.

Riddle woke up from hearing Trey calling his name with everyone at his side, confused and surprised. Ace, Deuce, Trey, Cater, Trey, Yuuken, and Grim express relieves Riddle is alive and well. Riddle is unable to recall his actions when he overblotted and nearly kill everyone. Crowley is glad that Riddle come to his senses. Riddle tries to remember, but Trey tells him not to worry about it for now and focus on resting. Ace criticizes Trey for not coddling Riddle again. He informs Riddle everything to him and the reason why he overblotted in the first place. As Deuce, Grim, and Cater continues to talk to each on how they manage to survive, Riddle decides to say his true feelings to them. He admits he really wanted to eat mont blanc, he doesn't mind if the roses are white, or the flamingos are pink, and when he drinks tea, he prefers honey to sugar cubes, and he likes milk tea more than lemon tea anyhow. He want to chat with everyone after they eat, and wanted to play so much with Trey and Chenya. Riddle cries hysterically leaving everyone surprised by his reaction. Ace does not buy it he angrily scolds him that crying won't gain his forgiveness. An annoying Deuce reminds Ace to learn to employ some tact already. Trey apologize to Riddle, he knew he was suffering and all he did was turn a blind eye to it all. He honestly tells Riddle that his way of doing things is wrong, and owes everyone a proper apology. Riddle tearfully apologizes to everyone for his actions. Everyone forgives him except Ace, who stubbornly still has not forgiven him yet. He still hasn't forgotten the humiliation Riddle to him. Grim comments Ace holds a grudge harder than he does. Ace demands Riddle do a repeat of the Unbirthday party and he has to make a tart by himself without any help from Trey, and then he might forgive him maybe. Yuuken plainly asks Ace if isn't it fine to ask for help, he reminds Ace that he had plenty of hands making him, but Ace shut him up. Ace point Riddle forehead and asks if he understands what he's saying, Riddle replies he does. Crowley expresses relief while commenting that a compromise is a beautiful thing and the matter is settled. Cater realizes they need to start cleaning up the picturesque garden they tortured themselves over is in ruins. Trey volunteer to help out Cater clean up, but Cater tells Trey that he needs to take Riddle to the nurse's office because he needs to get some medical attention.
After Crowley and Crowley take Riddle to the infirmary, Grim's stomach growls and complains he is starving from all of the fightings, they did against Riddle. He sniffs from a similar sense and found another black stone he found from Dwarf's mines. Yuuken warns Grim not to try to eat it this time, but Grim refuses to listen to him as he has already eaten the stone. Grim's eyes beam with enjoyment after tasting it as he describes it as a deep rich flavor with sweet notes and a hint of a bitter aftertaste. He later comments it is a different mouthfeel, from the one he had last time. After a while Yuuken, Ace, and Deuce's criticize Grim's strange eating habits, Cater quietly thanks them for everything, but they didn't hear him before Cater changes his mind and says nothing at all.
A few days later when Riddle has finally recovered from his overblotted incident, the Heartslabyul dorm holds another Un-birthday party event. The members no longer fear nor hatred towards Riddle as they respect him and they are glad he made a full recovery. As Riddle repeats the same lines from last time except he decides the dormouse in the teapot is fine without putting a jam on it. Trey advises Riddle he could spread jam on his scones instead of on the mouse. He says to try lowering he bar to "It'd be fine this way" rather than it "absolutely has to be this way." Riddle decides to try Trey's way as a change of pace. As Ace, Deuce, Cater, and Grim having a good time, Riddle notices some of the roses are not red. Every dorm member is freaking out of Riddle's wrath after they forgot to paint some of the roses. Cater, freaking out, wonders who was in charge of the painting of roses and he told them to make sure to get every rose. Trey tries to calm Riddle, but instead of taking out his anger like before, he uses his magic to paint all of the remaining roses red. Riddle, who happily says one or two missed roses no longer warrant such punishment. Cater, Deuce and Ace reacted in relief that Riddle is not like before.
Everyone celebrates a merry Un-birthday party that began, Riddle over the tart he had himself to share with everyone he promised. When Ace, Deuce, Cater, Trey, Grim, and Yuuken try Riddle's strawberry tart, they reacted in disgust as it tastes salty. When Ace asks Riddle what ingredient he put in the tart while trying to get the taste of salt out of his mouth, Riddle explains he did follow the rules exactly to make it until he remembers the ingredient he added was the oyster sauce. Deuce horrifying realizes that the ingredient that Trey jokes about. Riddle took Trey's joke seriously about a secret ingredient to every tart oyster sauce. Ace angrily yells at Riddle that there's no way that's true. After a while Riddle feeling embarrassed about it, Trey laughs as he never believes anyone would ever take the classic oyster joke seriously. Riddle and Trey share a nice laugh together. As Ace, Deuce, Grim, and Yuuken get used to Riddle's tart, Trey notices Cater hates sweets. When Cater asks Trey how he did he finds out his secret, Trey says he always asks him to use his unique magic to change the favors. Trey promised to keep his secrets from everyone. He later makes another promise he bakes him a quiche for the next Un-birthday party. Cater thanks him before he tells him to make sure it's as photogenic as his cakes. Suddenly, Chenya appears out of nowhere as he starts eating some of the tarts displayed at the Un-birthday party. Riddle is surprised to see him, he asks Chenya what he is doing here. Chenya replies he's here to celebrate someone's un-birthday a while he playful snatches Riddle's crown behind him. Riddle informs him the Un-birthday is a Heartslabyul dorm tradition and it doesn't concern him. When Grim wonders which dorm Chenya belongs to, Trey reveals Chenya does not attend Night Raven College, he's a student of Night Raven College's rival school, Royal Sword Academy. Yuuken and Grim were a bit surprised that there are other mage schools besides Night Raven College. Suddenly, Heartslabyul dorm members are furious that a Royal Sword Academy student is here. Before Chenya uses his Unique Magic to make a quick escape from Heartslabyul's wrath, he returns RIddle's crown to him since he had tasted of tart. After that, a few students try to go after him. According to Riddle, a good deal of their students regard Royal Sword Academy as the enemy. Trey finishes Riddle's explanation as this happens when they lose against them every year for the past 100 years. Cater interrupt them and says to put the dorm and glory aside, and focus on celebrating today and the joy of the party.
During the party, Riddle, no longer feels hatred toward Yuuken, and decides to talk to him. Riddle admits to Yuuken, ever since he enrolled, he's been causing quite the common and it's disgraceful. Yuuken explains he wasn't trying to cause problems. Riddle continues, and he realizes Yuuken was the one who save him from himself. Yuuken tells him he didn't do anything special since he's the one who got up and kept going. He still hasn't given up on finding a way to get back to his original world and he's going to press on and make every effort. Riddle finally accepts Yuuken as his equal and he doesn't mind inviting him to another of his parties. They restart their relationship by re-introducing themselves as friends on good terms. Grim steals one of the tarts and ran out before Ace and Deuce chase after him. The final chapter ends with everyone having a good time at the Un-birthday party while Chenya continues to watch them from afar before Grim shouts Happy Un-birthday party in a cheerful tone.

- Ace and Deuce witness Grim eating a black stone for the first time since they weren't able to witness it due to being forcefully dragged by their upperclassmen.
- The scene adds Yuuken's comment after tasting Riddle's salty tart, he says it tastes like mitarashi-flavor (rice dumplings).
- Chenya playfully steals Riddle's dorm crown before returning it after being discovered he is Royal Sword Academy student does not occur in the game.
- The ending of the chapter has been extended.
- Riddle and Yuuken decide to take all over by reintroducing themselves as a fresh start and become friendly with each other.
- Grim steals a tart and Ace and Deuce have to chase after him.
- Chenya continues to watch the Heartslabyul, Yuuken, and Grim from afar.
- Leona and Ruggie do not appear at the end of the chapter where they have a plot against Malleus.

- This is the first chapter cover that does not show any characters.
- During the flashback, Riddle was wearing the same Apprentice Chef outfit as his SR card from the event NRC Master Chef ~Bliss of Meat~
- While the final chapter does not show a preview of Savanaclaw arc, it is followed by Savanaclaw logo and the next page shows a upcoming sequel of the manga.
