Episode of Octavinelle/Chapter 6

The sixth chapter of Disney Twisted Wonderland The Comic -Episode of Octavinelle was published along with Chapter 6 from Episode of Savanaclaw in Monthly G Fantasy February 2024 issue on January 18th, 2024. This chapter covers "A Housing Bind," 'A Dorm Suite," and the first half of "Morning Heat" (Episode 3 Chapter 12-14) from the game.

Summary

After Yuuta and Grim are kicked out of Ramshackle dorm by Floyd and Jade, Jack suggests they stay at his dorm temporarily. At first, Leona refuses to let them remain until Yuuta makes him a meal. In the middle of the night, Yuuta has another vision from "The Little Mermaid," where Ariel signed the contract to become a human in exchange for her voice.

The chapter starts after Jade and Floyd kick Yuuta and Grim out of the Ramshackle dorm. Without nowhere to stay for the time being, Ace, Deuce and Jack come to see them. When Yuuta asks them why they didn't return to their dorms, Deuce explains that Jack informed them of what happened. Including his loss of the dorm due to their deal. Grim mistakenly thinks the guys were there to save him and Yuuta, but Ace corrects him by saying that he is concerned about Yuuta being homeless and how it's their fault for losing, and they won't want to see Yuuta sleep outside in the cold. This makes Grim feel unwanted and disappointed in them. Deuce explains that he and Ace spoke with their dorm leader, Riddle. They can offer Yuuta a place to stay safe from the elements if he doesn't mind sleeping in their four-man dorm room. Jack asks Deuce why its so crowded, and Deuce explains that since nobody ever drops out or gets held back, it's always at total capacity. Jack offers Yuuta and Grim the chance to come to his dorm, Savanaclaw, and they react in shock. He wants to make up for not doing anything, and he and his dorm owe him for the Magift Tournament. He thinks Leona and the others won't give him a hard time. When Ace, Deuce and Grim start teasing him again for being friendly, Jack denies it by saying that he needs Yuuta to beat Azul so that tests will be done fair and square. Ace and Deuce agree with Jack's suggestion to stay in his dorm instead of Heartlabyul since it would be better than sleeping on the floor, or sharing with either of them.

At the Savanaclaw Dorm, Leona rejects Jack's request to let Yuuta and Grim stay temporarily. Leona claims they aren't allowed pets in the dorm, and they shed all over the place. Grim objects by calling him a liar and saying he and the others are furrier than him. Another reason is that their empty rooms were last cleaned a few months ago. People use them as a dumping ground for their stuff. Ruggie cheerfully suggests putting Yuuta and Grim in Leona's room, much to Leona's frustration and Yuuta's surprise. Leona warns Ruggie to watch his tongue and threatens to sew his mouth shut. Ruggie remarks that Leona should be used to having servants, and if Yuuta and Grim stay then they can serve him around the clock in exchange for room and board; it'd be a win-win. Besides, he still hasn't fully recovered from the Interdorm Magift Tournament. He went as far as to use a magic potion and burnt himself out. He did everything for him and put his life on the line. He could recover much faster with some help. As it is, he can't even make him dinner yet because he still has to finish the laundry, and clean up his room.

Hearing this, Yuuta offers to make Leona dinner. Ruggie is surprised as he starts unpacking his things, explaining that he brought them along. Within a few minutes, Yuuta prepares rice balls, soup and a tofu dish. Ruggie and Grim are very impressed as Leona starts eating, agreeing to let them stay to help out. But if they cause any trouble he'll throw them out. Ruggie tells Jack to grab a futon and bring it to Leona's room, then he runs off with glee to resume chores with the rice ball he swiped, glad that someone else will be helping for a few days. After the meal, Leona leads Grim and Yuuta to his room and starts undressing. He hops into bed while warning them not to wake him up, or else he'll eat them whole. Within three seconds he falls asleep. Yuuta suggests that they should get some sleep too. As he sleeps, he dreams about the little mermaid who wanders into the lair of the sea witch. She offers Ariel a potion that will transform her into a human for a chance at winning the heart of the prince on land. But in return, she wants Ariel's voice. Ariel signs the contract.

The following morning, Grim and Yuuta wake up when Ruggie bursts into the room. It's very early, but Savanaclaw has morning Magift practice. Since those two are there, they are technically part of the dorm, so they will participate too. Yuuta and Grim are worried as Ruggie attempts to get Leona up.

Yuuta has three days until the contract expires.

• Leona slept completely topless at night in his dorm room. In the game, he sleeps with his dorm uniform on.
• An extended scene shows Ruggie trying to get Leona out of bed by pulling his legs.
