Twisted Wonderland will started a manga adaption titled Disney Twisted Wonderland - Episode of Octavinelle in the Monthly G-Fantasy issue 09/2023 on August 18th, 2023. It is a sequel manga of Episode of Savanaclaw. Koono Sumire and Wakana Hazuki return as the main artists and composition for this manga. Yana Toboso is also involved in the creation of the comic, being responsible for the character design, setting, and composition.
