The fourth chapter of Disney Twisted Wonderland The Comic -Episode of Octavinelle- was published along with Chapter 5 from Episode of Savanaclaw in Monthly G Fantasy December 2023 issue on November 17th, 2023.[1] This chapter covers "A Baiting Duo", "Lounge Shorthanded", and the first half of "Collateral Demanded" (Episode 3 Chapter 8-10) from the game.
Summary
Jack and Yuuta devised a plan after observing Azul the entire day. At the Octavinelle dorm, Yuuta ana Jack decides to help the restaurant because it needs more staff.

- Yuuta becomes terrified of Floyd, and he tries to keep his distance. In the game, the player flinches out of fear that Floyd will squeeze them.
- Jade and Floyd get in Yuuta's personal space, which has never occurred in the game.
- In the manga, it was revealed those who failed to get in the top 5 exams were forced to wear Octavinelle dorm uniforms to work at the Mostro Lounge. In the game, they wear their school uniforms to work there.
- Jade using his magical pen to magically pull sea anenomes from Ace and Deuce's heads, which has never occured in the game.

- This is the first chapter featuring characters wearing different dorm uniforms instead of the dorm uniform they were assigned from their dorm.
