This chapter covers the second half of "Student Multiplication", "A Class Escape", "A Carbonara Scrape", "A Tradition Lesson" and "The Legendary Seven!". (Episode 1 Chapter 4-8) from the game.
After being kicked out of Heartslabyul, Ace and the others decides to attend their first day of classes. At the cafeteria, they encounter Cater and Trey, who are willing to explain the seven dorms and Riddle's Unique Magic.

This chapter starts with off with Ace complaining about Cater kicking them out of Heartslabyul for not bring a replacement tart for the one he accidentally ate. Deuce realizes the time and tells Ace and the others that it's past the call time, they're going to be late to class. The group hurries to get there in time and attend classes taught by Crewel, Trein and Vargas.
After that, they have lunch at the cafeteria until they encounter Cater and Trey again, who invites them to eat with them. Trey explains to Ace, Deuce, Grim and Yuuken about the seven dorms while they observe the various study body filling the room. Ace notices one of the Diasomnia members -Lilia- and mistakes him for a child. Lilia hears this and transports in-between him and Deuce, correcting him by pointing out he is a third year. Lilia is welcoming and invites Ace to come and chat with them anytime, but Silver and Sebek appear hostile from a distance. Before Lilia leaves, he gives Ace some licorice candies for their new friendship and heads back to Silver and Sebek. Trey and Cater talks about the Diasomnia dorm leader, Malleus Draconia and how he is one of the five best magicians in the world. Trey explains to Ace and the others about Unique Magic and how it is a special magic that characterizes for wizard's personalities. He uses Riddle's Unique Magic: "Off With Your Head!" as an example. The chapter ends with Ace complaining about his dorm leader, unaware that Riddle hears him and is standing right behind him.

Most of Crewel's introduction dialogue was cut short.
Trein does not teach about the history of Dwarf's Mine.
An extended scene is given for Trein's class where Lucius squeezes Grim's nose with his paw to wake him up for sleeping in class.
An extended scene is given for Vargas' class where Ace, Deuce, Grim and Yuuken are told to do 20 laps and 100 push-ups. By the time they were done, everyone except for Yuuken and Deuce was exhausted or passed out.
Grim attempts to ditch classes by running away, but it is only referenced rather than having a full scene.
The scene where Yuu bribes Ace and Deuce with food to capture Grim is cut.
The chase scene where Ace and Deuce attempt to capture Grim for ditching classes after getting tired of lectures and excising instead of learning magic is shown with only one image.
The ghost chefs appears to serve food to students at cafeteria; while they are known to exist due to other game stories, they don't show up in the first in-game episode.
The fight scene where Grim, Deuce and Ace have to fight against the two unnamed upperclassmen after Grim cut in line in front of them is cut.
In the game, Trey and Cater approach Ace and the others after the fight against upperclassmen. In the comic they spot Ace and the others and invite them to hang out and eat lunch with them.
Cater does not ask Yuuken for his phone number and asking him on a date for the newest models for cheap if he doesn't have a phone.
However, Yuuken has a old fashioned flip phone and it unknown if his phone will work for contracting people with smartphones from Twisted Wonderland.
Yuuken does not comment on Jack's wolf traits like in the game.
In the game, Azul eats lunch at the cafeteria alone, but in the comic, he eats lunch with the Leech twins.
Grim mistaking Epel for a cute girl until Ace clarifies Epel is a guy is cut.
Cater mentioning Roseilla's portrait is cut.
Since in the game, there are no Ignihyde students present in the cafeteria, the manga version shows an image of Idia and Ortho as members for the Ignihyde dorm instead.
In the comic, Lilia greets Ace and Deuce by seemingly appearing in-between them instead of greeting them upside down like in the game.
In the game, Lilia greets Ace and Trey while hanging upside down.
Trey’s reaction for Lilia calling him baby face and being surprised by him is cut.
Cater greets Lilia with a cheerful expression which doesn't occur in the game.
Before Lilia leaves to re-join Silver and Sebek, he gives Ace two pieces of licorice candy which doesn't occur in the game.
An extended scene shows Lilia waving goodbye to Ace, Deuce, Yuuken and Grim while Silver and Sebek continue to glare at them.
Trey explains to Ace, Deuce, Grim and Yuuken about Riddle's Unique Magic before Riddle arrive at the cafeteria instead of after Riddle leaves the cafeteria.
Deuce does not warn Ace to turn around when Ace accidentally offends Riddle in his presence.

Lucius pressing Grim's nose with his paw is similar what he did in the Twisted Wonderland 1st Anniversary PV.
The chapter 8 cover features Riddle, Ace, Deuce, Cater and Trey wearing their Outfits from the game event, Scary Monsters! ~Screaming Halloween Show~, as it was released in the same period when the event was ongoing in the game.
There are some continuity errors within this chapter.
In the first page, Ace's collar is missing after he and the others get kicked out of Heartslabyul.
On page 21 in the first panel, Lilia's gloves are missing when he was eating a snack. However, in the next panel, he is seen with gloves again.
