Fairy Gala ~Festival of the Spring-Calling Fairies~ is a rhythmic event in Twisted Wonderland that features Ruggie Bucchi, Kalim Al-Asim, Jamil Viper, and Leona Kingscholar. It is the first rhythmic event in the game.

Event Story
The event story consists of 17 episodes which were split into two halves. The Fairy Gala is an event held by fairies to usher in the spring. Without it, the seasons cannot change. A group of fairies who had taken over the Botanical Gardens of Night Raven College stole a gem that regulates the temperature around campus to decorate the tiara for their queen. Leona and Kalim were tasked by Crowley to infiltrate the Fairy Gala to get the gem back. After dragging Jamil and Ruggie in to help, Vil Schoenheit and Divus Crewel were enlisted to provide the group with the appropriate costumes and training for their roles in the Fairy Gala's fashion show.

Event Summary
The important magical stone that belongs to the college has been stolen! The culprits are the "crafting fairies" who are preparing for the spring festival "Fairy Gala". The fairies decorated the tiara of the queen, who is the organizer of the festival, with the magical stone. In order for Leona, Kalim, Jamil, Ruggie, the protagonist, and Grim to take back the stone, they have to take part in the main event of the Fairy Gala, the fashion show.
How to Play
- Get Fairy Dust from History, Flying, and Alchemy Lessons.
- Use Fairy Dust to unlock the event stories.
- Unlock Rhythmic sections with the Fairy Dust and earn Hair Ornaments.
- Hair Ornaments are also used to unlock stories and they can also be obtained from completing missions.
- You can earn three times or five times the amount of rewards depending on how much Fairy Dust you spend.
- The amount of Fairy Dust you spend has no effect on your Rhythmic score.
- Trade Hair Ornaments for Kalim (Gala Couture) and Ruggie (Gala Couture) as well as other items at the "Hair Ornament Shop."

Differences from Original
- If you participated in the Fairy Gala event from last year, Hair Ornaments and Fairy Dust will not be carried over to this run.
- All of the Event stories were available from the first day.
- You can view how many event items you currently have and have accumulated.
- In episode 4 of the event story, the Fairy Gala's theme was indicated to be "Exotic", and this lead to Leona and Kalim being chosen to infiltrate the event. In the rerun, the theme and the flow of events leading to Leona and Kalim's selection were rewritten. The theme for the Fairy Gala has been changed to "Fabulous" instead.
