- An error that occurred from 00:00 to 00:25 JST on Jade and Floyd's birthday in 2021 led to a 4-hour emergency maintenance that ended at 05:00 JST. The birthday summons, background sales and card strengthening campaign were extended to November 15, 2021 14:59 JST as a result.
