Yuu/MC

• Leona first met the MC in the botanical garden, along with Grim. They accidentally stepped on his tail, disturbing his nap. Recognizing them as the ones that caused the commotion at the ceremony, he commented on how the MC smelled of no magic. He then intimidated to knock a tooth or two for stepping on his tail, but Ruggie's arrival stopped the situation.

• Leona and MC interacted more during the events of chapter 3 when the MC risked giving up Ramshackle dorm to Azul in a contract. Leona was then forced to take MC and Grim into Savanaclaw dorm. The two forced Leona into helping them against Azul, with the threat that if they actually lose Ramshackle dorm ownership, the two would make endless noise every night in Savanaclaw. Leona eventually agrees to help them after experiencing a night of their endless screaming, but also due to having made a deal with Azul in the past.

• Leona also refers to the main character as herbivore.
• In some voice lines, it is implied that he has respect for the MC, remarking that most turn tail and run when dealing with him, but not them.

Ruggie Bucchi

Ruggie and Leona are both from the Sunset Savanna though they didn't know each other prior to enrollment at Night Raven College. While not officially the vice dorm leader, Ruggie runs most of the tasks to assist Leona; reminding him to attend classes, cleaning his room, fixing his clothes, fetching him lunch, and whatever else Leona requires, though Ruggie charges for all of these services.

Malleus Draconia

• Leona has a type of rivalry with Malleus, as his dorm bested his in magift tournament which humiliated Savanaclaw. He went as far as trying to injure him in order for Savanaclaw to win.
• In Malleus SR Ceremonial Robe Personal Story, he insulted Malleus for always being left out or uninvited during special events and gatherings in school.

Others

Falena

Leona is deeply resentful towards his older brother and views him as too laid-back and lacking in his royal duties. For example, when Falena sent him a rug as a gift, Leona commented that it would have been a better use to send the rug to a neighboring country to improve their relationship.

Cheka

Cheka is Leona's nephew and the heir to the Sunset Savanna. Leona finds Cheka very annoying and noisy but seems to care for him deep down, worrying about his safety when he runs off to find him after the magift tournament. Cheka looks up to Leona, he writes to him often and wants Leona to teach him to play magift.
