Ramshackle Dorm (オンボロ寮, Onboro Ryō) is the dorm inhabited by Yuu and Grim. It was once abandoned and haunted by ghosts until the two moved in.

- The Ramshackle Dorm mansion's is based on the Old McShiver mansion in the 1937 animated short Lonesome Ghosts with following similarities:
- They both are abandoned and in a bad state.
- They both have ghosts living to haunt people (besides that their outfits are similar).
- Yuu and Grim's bedroom shares similarities with Mickey's bedroom in the 1936 animated short, Thru the Mirror.
- Ramshackle literally means being in a state of disrepair.
- The Ramshackle Dorm is the only dorm who does not have a dorm uniform.[1]
- In the manga ‘’Episode of Heartslabyul’’, Yuuken and Grim’s room has two beds instead of one like in the game.
