Episode of Scarabia

Twisted Wonderland started a manga adaptation titled Disney Twisted Wonderland - Episode of Scarabia in the Monthly G-Fantasy issue 02/2025. The manga's first volume will be released on February 27th, 2025. It is a manga sequel to Episode of Octivinelle. The art is drawn by the manga artist Majiko!.

On September 18th, 2025 in Monthly G-Fantasy issue 10/2025 that the manga would be moved to the Monthly G-Fantasy issue 11/2025 in October 18th 2025. It will re-released all the previous chapters once a month starting from the first chapter.

• This is the first volume features Housewarden and Vice Housewarden together instead of just the Housewarden like the previous mangas.

• It implies to avoid spoilers that Jamil is the main arc antagonist for the Scarabia arc since Jamil is responsible of brainwashing Kalim and fail attempts to steal his position as Scarabia Housewarden.

• So far, only the first chapter has the original chapter title based on the game's main story, "Episode 4: The Tactician of Scalding Sands". The rest of them are original chapter titles not based on the game's main story.
• This is the first manga to be released in volumes instead of being released in chapters monthly, like in the previous manga.
  • The first manga to be released on a different digital website instead of Monthly G-Fantasy.
• This is the only manga that doesn’t include celebration illustration of the major character drawn by the artist after the volume was released on G Fantasy’s X account.
